RRD has been helping its customers deal with their unused electronic assets since 2004. We provide pickups for small and large businesses, Schools, and Non-Profit Organizations.

Reuse - Our first goal is to find reuse for items as a whole or for their parts, this helps us offset most of the costs we incur for pickup, auditing, recycling, and data destruction.

Recycling - For items that we cannot find reuse for, we downstream them to our recycling partners located here in the Northeast.  For Computer, Monitors, Printers and other electronics our partner is R2 certified.

Destruction of Data - This we believe is our most important service. We check each item for media (Hard drives, CDs, DVDs, tapes, paper, labels, etc). If any media is found it is removed, and returned or destroyed. Hard Drives are wiped in accordance with NIST-800-88 guidelines.

We provide our customers with a complete listing, detailing each item with serial numbers, that we receive. We also provide a Certificate of Erasure detailing all hard drives that were wiped.
